Registration Cancellation Policy

Notification for cancellation must be sent to: [email protected] and [email protected]

If you cannot attend the IPSF World Congress after your payment was made, you may request a refund according to the following rules:

Please note that the transfer fee will be deducted from the total amount of registration fee refunded.

After notification for cancellation is received by the Reception Committee, confirmation of approval of refund and further instructions on the refund transfer will be sent to you within 7 days.

Please note that replacements and name changes will be handled as cancellations.

In case of payment on arrival was agreed on with the IPSF Treasurer, no refund will be allowed if a cancellation notification was not sent to the Registration Coordinator at  [email protected], Treasurer of the Reception Committee at [email protected] and IPSF Treasurer, Mr. Luka Tomašić at [email protected]. In case the cancellation is requested, the rest of the amount which cannot be refunded as per these rules can be paid by member organisation’s Official Delegate on arrival or can be added to your member organisation’s membership fee invoice, as per agreement with IPSF Treasurer and the Reception Committee.

The terms of cancellation are applicable under all circumstances, including but not limited to official refusal of participant’s visa.
